In-Store Pickup (BC Only): For those of you lucky enough to live in BC, this option lets you pick up your order at our Chilliwack store. Swing by, say hi, and grab your goodies!

Free Shipping Over $200: Spend more than $200, and we'll ship your package free of charge. It's usually sent via Expedited Parcel or sometimes a Flat Rate Box if available.

Expedited Parcel: The majority of our Canadian packages are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. The cost is calculated based on your package weight and postal code. Keep in mind that rural locations might have higher rates due to the extra resources needed for delivery. Expedited Parcel always includes a tracking number, with packages typically taking 2-8 business days to arrive (though delays can occur).
In the United States:
Please note that import duties or customs fees may apply, and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Free Shipping Over $200: Just like in Canada, if you spend more than $200, we'll ship your package free of charge. These packages are usually shipped via Small Packet USA.

Small Packet USA: This is the most cost-effective shipping option for our US customers. Prices are calculated based on your Zip Code and order size. Small Packet USA takes approximately 5-8 business days, but delays can sometimes happen. This method DOES NOT include a tracking number or insurance. If you want tracking, please choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

Tracked Packet USA: Tracked Packet USA is similar to Small Packet but usually faster (4-7 business days) and includes a tracking number and some insurance. The tracking number is sent to the email address you provide during checkout.
International:
Please note that import duties or customs fees may apply, and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Tracked Packet International: This shipping method is calculated based on your location and order size. With a projected arrival of 6-10 business days, it includes a tracking number that is sent to your email address. However, due to the nature of long-distance international travel, Canada Post cannot guarantee delivery times.
